Order Processing
All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship the Premium Hardcover Edition across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Remote delivery locations
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier delays
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping is available on all Premium Hardcover orders within India unless otherwise stated on the website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (where available) via the email address or phone number provided during checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, it may result in delivery delays, additional shipping charges, or failed delivery.
Nuskha Dadi is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect customer information.
Failed Delivery
If a shipment is returned to us because:
- the address was incorrect,
- the package was refused,
- or delivery attempts were unsuccessful,
we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

- Photos of the external packaging
We will review your request in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Digital eBook Delivery
The Digital eBook is delivered electronically after successful payment.
If you do not receive your eBook or experience any download issues, please contact us at nuskhadadi@gmail.com with your payment details or order confirmation email. After verification, we will resend your eBook at no additional cost.
